Position Summary The Sales Development Representative is a key role in driving new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our sales organization. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are organized, motivated, and interested in building a career in sales or business development. Major Responsibilities Generate new opportunities through proactive efforts Identify opportunities that align with Pinnacle’s objectives Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospective clients Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner Support smooth handoff of opportunities to sales team Set client expectations for next steps in the sales process Build and maintain target prospect lists Execute outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn Clearly communicate Pinnacle’s services at a high level Maintain accurate records of activities and communications in CRM Ensure clean and organized pipeline data Requirements Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles Detail-oriented and highly organized.
