JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative that will act as a Player / Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years background as an SDR doing B2B prospecting, with the ability to inspire and develop SDRs to achieve their full potential. As a Player / Coach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales team’s performance through training, support, and strategic guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of SDR, B2B Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required if you have a strong SDR background.
  • Familiarity with various software tools used in sales processes like SalesForce.
  • Experience with outbound calling techniques and cold calling strategies is required.
