THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the retail sector, you’ll play a pivotal role in Podium’s mission to modernise how local businesses grow. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective retail customers, you’ll introduce them to Podium’s suite of business-critical SaaS tools that help drive foot traffic, manage online reputation, and streamline customer communications.
Whether it’s a boutique retailer, a multi-site chain, or a local store trying to compete online, you’ll be on the frontlines sparking interest, uncovering pain points, and qualifying leads that are ready to see how Podium can transform their customer experience. Most of the time, we’re exactly what they’ve been looking for.
We’re also committed to growing our sales team from within. This role offers a clear progression path into an Account Executive position, with coaching, enablement, and hands-on mentorship designed to help top-performing SDRs step into closing roles.
