Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in showcasing the benefits of solar energy. You’ll connect with homeowners, cultivate their interest in solar solutions, and set up appointments for our Solar Specialists to take the next steps.

  • Assessing Homes for Solar Potential: Collecting data to determine solar viability for residential properties.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identifying and qualifying leads based on home eligibility and energy needs.
  • Scheduling Consultations: Setting up in-home or virtual meetings with our Solar Specialists.
  • Community Engagement: Spreading the word about solar benefits across the province.
  • Follow-Ups & Relationship Building: Nurturing leads and maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Representing Polaron with enthusiasm, professionalism, and energy.
