Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR at Pondurance, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, setting meetings with key decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our market reach in industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, education, manufacturing, MSSPs, and MSPs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential customers and engage with them via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in Salesforce and follow up consistently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements, and Pondurance’s unique value proposition.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
  • Utilization of Sales Tools: Leverage ZoomInfo Co-Pilot for data enrichment and targeted prospecting, and use Outreach.io to streamline sales engagement and automation.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to industry events, conference, etc.
