The role As our Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for engaging with our customers daily, nurturing existing relationships & setting up appointments for them to explore their current lending options. Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries. Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers. Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results. Exceeding key activity and performance metrics. What you'll need to succeed Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. Professional with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in changing environments and adapt to ambiguity. Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills. Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone-based customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
