This is a great opportunity to join a well respected and established business, with over 40 years’ experience in their industry.
Based working from their office which is located just outside of Birmingham City Centre, as an experienced sales professional, you will understand the sales pipeline and have a real flair for building new relationships, whilst looking after and nurturing existing accounts.
Our client is a family-owned Office Supplies and Furniture company, with a great reputation for service. Some of their customers include Local Authority and major organisation contracts throughout the UK.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience with Office Products or similar related industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to generate and foster ongoing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or independently to achieve a profitable result
  • Good all round computer skills, able to use MS Office/Outlook etc
Responsibilities
  • To build and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify sales opportunities and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Generate sales through high levels of outward-bound sales calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
    Salary: £25,000 per year, negotiable. Pro rata for part time working.
    Hours: Working Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm. Full time or part time considered. Flexible hours for part time, working hours preferably over 3 days, hours to suit, to be discussed at interview stage.
