Identify and qualify new business prospects and move those prospects along the sales funnel to an appropriate conclusion.Essential DutiesOutbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification.Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiriesAccurately assess the customer's business, applications, and identify the best-fit RWS sales resource to follow-up on qualified opportunities.Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources to close RWS opportunity.Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business. Mid-Market and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio.In addition, be responsible for responding to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs or requirements, moving the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome. Focus upon maximizing sales of RW products to existing customers by trying to cross sell or up-sell.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Either customer experience or sales environment preferred) This is an entry level role.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAbility to get results through influence and collaboration.Ability to leverage a dynamic sales process.Demonstrated ability to achieve specific and measurable goals.
