ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. This is an ideal role for someone looking to launch a career in sales with clear growth opportunities into higher-level positions such as Jr. Account Manager, Sr. Account Manager, or Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and engage with potential customers within our store fronts and through outreach initiatives.
  • Build meaningful connections with prospects to understand their needs and introduce our products/services.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Management to review leads, identify opportunities, and develop tailored outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, sales data, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and other materials to support the sales team.
  • Work toward monthly goals for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
