Be unique, be you.   Responsibilities:   As a Sales Development Representative, develop the skills to research potential clients and present to them a personalized and valuable presentation of the TeamViewer offering. You will do this through outreach in the form of strategic calling, emails, and/or social networking with the purpose of scheduling demos for your Account Executive.    Grow your individual book of business by proactively generating new qualified leads  Identify, connect with, qualify, sort, and track leads  Hustle to achieve and exceed various core metrics, quotas, and KPIs as set by your manager, such as a minimum number of daily cold calls, emails, etc  Display exceptional prospecting using consultative phone skills, including the ability to clearly articulate, inspire, project confidence, influence, overcome objections, and remain resilient throughout  Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, contact information remains updated, opportunities are forecast accurately, and adequate information regarding the prospect and/or opportunity is communicated  Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities  Conduct a high-level discovery call with the prospect and can deliver a demonstration of the product  Work closely with Account Executives across North America  Learn from our Sales Leadership, then utilize competent selling and influencing skills for pre-qualification  Influence the sales process and enhance the current capabilities based on learnings from discovery calls  Prospective call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information    Qualifications:  At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience  Comfortable prospecting and delivering short sales pitches and high-level demos  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work  Experience working in a technology or software sales support position in outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or sales administration; record of achieving sales goals  The ability to work in a quickly growing segment and achieve targets  A driven high energy mindset with an inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn  Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be intrinsically motivated  Past SaaS sales experience preferred, though not required  Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility  Bachelor's degree preferred    What We Offer:     Location: Austin, Texas -  Remote until further notice Competitive compensation  Flexible PTO and paid holidays  401(k) with employer matching  Comprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage  Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave  Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid  Quarterly team events and companywide celebrations  We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!     TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
