Job Description We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth team. Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers - qualifying leads, starting conversations, and booking product demos that drive Budgetly’s continued growth. There is an emphasis on coaching and support from our sales leaders, along with clear career pathways for all team members. What you’ll do day to day: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify the best-fit opportunities Book and manage product demo appointments for Account Executives Develop your outbound calling pitch dynamically to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders in an Aussie SMB Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) and contribute to pipeline health Stay informed on product updates and new features Qualifications You have some kind of previous outbound sales experience You’re naturally articulate and have great interpersonal skills You listen carefully and show strong empathy to our customers You have self awareness of your strengths and areas for growth, with a strong drive to reach your goals Proactive, organised, and self-motivated, you’re able to embrace change in a quickly evolving environment You believe in our mission and our values resonate with you Other important details: Start date in January 2026 Base range of $65-72k + Super + ESOP, depending on experience Total package includes monthly commission, with OTE of ~ $95k and an uncapped commission plan Candidates must have full Australian Work Rights and be based in Australia to be considered for this role Additional Information We’re guided by trust, respect, and ownership.
