Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Company: US-Based IT Consulting & MSP Companies
Applicants: Remote (Candidates preferred from Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)
Compensation: $1,200 per month + Commission

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in bridging the Sales and Marketing teams. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and managing outreach efforts.
Candidates should have experience in lead generation, sales prospecting, and meeting sales targets. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and reporting key sales metrics.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to conduct cold calls and convert leads into appointments.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (near-native proficiency preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow a structured sales cadence.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in IT services or professional services sales.
  • Background in small business sales development.
  • Familiarity with database management and lead research.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead interactions.
  • Book qualified appointments for Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers.
  • Assist in executing outbound prospecting strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all lead management activities.
