What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (Hunter), you’ll be on the front lines of Rently’s growth-identifying high potential prospects, opening doors, and creating opportunities to convert. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where your ability to research, connect, and qualify leads will directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Identify decision-makers and initiate high-quality conversations that create interest in Rently’s solutions, including Rently Care, RNPL, and the Marketplace.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently exceed activity and lead targets.
  • Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot) to track progress, analyze outreach performance, and refine prospecting strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales team members to ensure a smooth lead handover and maximize close rates.

  • Must have a growth mindset.
  • Proven sales hunter experience in outbound B2C or B2B sales development, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Strong prospecting skills and the resilience to handle high-volume outreach.
  • Fintech/Proptech experience is a big plus.
  • AI tools experience is a plus—especially for prospect research, automation, or sales enablement.
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector is a bonus but not required.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
