Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE:

At WorkJam, we’re transforming the way frontline workforces thrive—and we need bold, sharp, and tenacious Sales Development Representatives who can both open doors and win business to drive our continued expansion and impact.
You’ll still break into new accounts, but you’ll also run discovery calls, deliver product demos to SMB/mid-market prospects, negotiate terms, and close smaller opportunities yourself—while partnering with Account Executives on larger enterprise deals. If you thrive on proactive outreach, embrace change with curiosity and determination, and stay focused on delivering revenue, this opportunity is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own the full outbound pipeline of strategic prospects—retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and field services—guiding them from “Who are you?” to signed agreement or qualified enterprise hand-off.
  • Use cutting-edge sales tools and AI platforms to work warm leads as well as outreach via email, phone, and social channels—technology fuels your hustle, but your deal-closing instincts seal the win.
  • Pitch with precision. Craft personalized messaging that resonates from frontline ops to the C-suite.
  • Run discovery, deliver live/virtual demos and negotiate deals within your closing band
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, tracking every stage from first touch to closed-won.
  • Consistently hit monthly pipeline and revenue targets through resilience, tenacity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to continuously improve outreach, buyer engagement, and deal strategy.
