What You'll Do - Outbound Outreach -- targeted outreach via email and cold calls to engage potential clients. - Prospect and Qualify Leads -- identify brands, retailers, and third-party merchandisers who benefit from our platform. - Educate and Engage -- communicate our value proposition, focusing on fast ROI and competitive advantages. - Set Up Meetings -- book qualified discovery calls and demos for the sales team. - CRM and Reporting -- maintain accurate records, track performance, and optimize outreach strategies. - Collaborate -- work closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve lead quality. What We're Looking For The right SDR brings a sharp outbound skillset and a hunger to become an expert in a new vertical: - 1-3 years of outbound B2B or SaaS sales development experience -- you've hit quota, you've worked a full-cycle cadence. - Proficient with CRM tools -- we expect you to manage your pipeline cleanly. - Strong written and verbal communicator -- you can craft an email that gets opened and a call opener that earns 2 more minutes. - CPG, retail, or consumer goods exposure is a significant asset -- but we'll invest in training the right candidate. - Coachable, competitive, and comfortable in a high-performance environment with real upside. - Experience with Canva Pro is a plus for content-supported outreach.
