Sales Development Representative Location: South Africa, Remote Employment Type: Full-Time (US Hours 9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) The successful candidate will be comfortable making cold calls, scheduling meetings, managing follow-ups, and assisting with a variety of operational and administrative tasks as business needs evolve. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to doctors, clinics, and referral sources to introduce services and generate opportunities. Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners. Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership with prospective referral sources. Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead status within company systems. Maintain consistent communication with prospects and referral partners. Assist with lead generation and business development initiatives. Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, and other operational tasks. Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as directed by management. Represent the company professionally in all verbal and written communications. Previous sales, business development, appointment setting, or lead generation experience. Strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice. Confident and professional presence when interacting with healthcare professionals and business contacts. Strong organizational and administrative abilities. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software. Highly adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist across different areas of the business. Experience working with healthcare providers or referral-based businesses is an advantage.
