We’re currently looking for a Sales Development Representative: Receive, assess and process Sales leads to convert for potential new customers Sell and manage complete range of RingCentral products and services to new customers Manage leads, prospects and initial customer pipeline Develop and contribute revenue through leads conversion Desired Qualifications: Minimum 1yr Outbound Sales experience, preferably doing B2B sales Minimum of 6 months experience in doing leads management - generation, conversion, pipelining Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Effective presentation and negotiation skills Effective networking and relationship building skills Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment Salesforce.com experience is a plus, but not required Willing to work on night shift or dayshift (majority of the team is on night shift but some may be assigned to day shift as business need arises) Willing to work onsite, Cubao or Ortigas What we offer: We offer all the work/life benefits you could ever want. Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will receive, assess, and process sales leads to convert potential new customers. They will sell and manage a complete range of RingCentral products and services to new customers while managing leads and contributing to revenue through lead conversion.
