ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re not looking for your typical LinkedIn-scrolling, template-sending SDR. At Salad, we’re seeking a digitally-native, community-savvy Sales Development Representative who thrives in the uncharted territories of modern B2B sales. You’ll be our pioneer in reaching prospects where they actually spend their time: Discord servers, Reddit communities, niche forums, and emerging platforms that traditional sales teams ignore.
This role is perfect for someone who understands that today’s AI decision-makers aren’t always found through conventional channels and that authentic relationship-building often happens in unexpected places. We need a self-driven individual who can identify successful patterns, learn independently, and continuously adapt their approach based on what’s working. You’ll be expected to spot opportunities that others miss and develop repeatable strategies from your discoveries without constant guidance.
Bonus points if you come from an engineering or technical background. Our platform is highly technical, and our team speaks the language of developers and engineers. This isn’t just any old sales job: you’ll be selling cutting-edge technology to technical AI decision-makers who can spot a surface-level pitch from miles away.
