Insurance repair work remains a core part of our business, but we are actively expanding into new service lines and sectors.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in sales or lead generation (B2B or B2C)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional sales etiquette and ability to represent the company’s brand
  • CRM software experience
  • Research and data management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest or experience in basic marketing activities
  • Previous experience in construction, insurance, property, or related fields is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to help us generate and convert new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing leads across all business areas, including:

  • Homeowners (insurance claims)
  • Property managers / block managers
  • Commercial clients (refurbishments & tenders)

This is primarily a desk-based sales role, with responsibility for lead generation and sales support.
You will also assist with marketing activities to help grow awareness of our brand.

EXAMPLE DUTIES

  • Conduct market research to identify target client segments
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns (email, social media, content marketing)
  • Manage CRM databases and reporting
  • Generate reports to track lead generation effectiveness
  • Attend occasional industry events and networking opportunities
