ABOUT THE JOB:

Nicoya is seeking a resourceful, metrics-driven, and coachable individual who is eager to grow and make an impact in a fast-paced biotech company. This role reports directly to the Marketing department but plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team in sales prospecting initiatives. You’ll be on the front lines of identifying and qualifying potential customers for our breakthrough biosensor technologies.
We’re looking for someone with a strong science aptitude, a hunger to learn, and the drive to contribute to our growing commercial team. Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives and Field Application Scientists to support regional sales goals
  • Identify and research new prospects using tools like LinkedIn, SciLeads, Clay, and CRM reports
  • Conduct outreach via email and phone call to initiate conversations with scientists and decision-makers
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team
  • Understand our prospects’ research goals and how Nicoya’s and Applied Photophysics’ product portfolios can support their work
  • Maintain accurate records and contact details in our CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experiment with and optimize outbound messaging and outreach tactics
  • Track and report on key prospecting KPIs and campaign results
