Position Overview: We are looking for a Part-Time Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the MSP industry. You will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and nurturing prospects to qualify them for the next stage in the sales process.
This is a flexible, part-time, remote role that allows you to work independently while contributing to the growth of an innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential Managed Service Providers (MSPs) within the North American market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting CaaB-Cloud’s IaaS solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Set up meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives or account executives.
  • Work independently to achieve individual performance targets and contribute to the team’s overall goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech or cloud-related fields).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Knowledge of the IaaS or MSP landscape is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
