Responsibilities

As an SDR at Climatiq, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings for our Account Executives, and contributing to our overall commercial strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential customers (target companies and individuals) through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online resources.
  • Outbound Communication: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce Climatiq and qualify their needs.
  • Lead Qualification: Effectively qualify leads based on defined criteria and determine their fit for Climatiq’s solutions.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with qualified prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales processes.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to Sales Strategy: Provide feedback and insights to improve our sales strategy and processes.
