Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us scale our outbound efforts, qualify new leads, and book meetings with the right decision-makers in the construction space. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the founder and our AE to build pipeline and accelerate deal flow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to generate interest and book discovery calls
  • Warm up cold leads from past contacts and re-engage inactive accounts
  • Qualify inbound trial users, understand their needs, and route them for demos
  • Manage outreach cadences and lead lists using HubSpot (our CRM)
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and AE to improve messaging, targeting, and process
  • Maintain high-quality data and activity logs in CRM
