Devsinc is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation to support growth across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role owns outbound outreach, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and pipeline creation, working closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver high-quality opportunities to Account Executives. Responsibilities Identify target companies and key contacts across Europe, Middle East, and Africa and initiate outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Execute email outreach campaigns for lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting booking (sales-focused, not newsletters) Research and engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) while mapping decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMOs, and Heads of Engineering. Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) before handoff. Nurture unresponsive or cold leads through structured follow-ups and sequences. Book 2–3 qualified discovery calls daily for Account Executives and Sales Managers. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Develop strong product and market knowledge, acting as an SME for Devsinc’s offerings and EMEA market. Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, ICPs, and outbound strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or client-facing B2B roles. Proven success in outbound prospecting, BANT-based qualification, and pipeline generation Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced English proficiency. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive. Proficiency with outbound and prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, and G-Suite. Experience selling or supporting sales for technology, software, or IT services is a strong plus. Familiarity with EMEA markets, buyer personas, and outbound sales motions preferred.
