Description REPORTS TO: COO First Page Sage is a thought leadership marketing agency that specializes in SEO and AIO-driven content strategies. We position our clients as industry leaders and generate qualified leads that convert. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is seasoned in prospecting and lead generation. This is a unique opportunity to be the driving force behind company growth and to shape how sales are done at First Page Sage. You’ll partner directly with the C-suite to refine messaging, develop collateral, and continually enhance our approach to acquiring new clients. Requirements Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and strategic networking. Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close. Maintain organized, detailed records of outreach and pipeline activity in Salesforce. Collaborate with the C-suite to develop sales collateral, refine pitch materials, and iterate on the sales process. Develop a deep understanding of First Page Sage’s services and communicate our value to senior decision-makers. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals. You’ll be successful here if you: Have 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (marketing agency or B2B services experience a plus). Are a self-starter who thrives in an independent role and enjoys building systems from the ground up. Are skilled at consultative selling—listening carefully, asking smart questions, and tailoring solutions to client needs. Are fluent in using Salesforce to track opportunities and manage a pipeline. Have timely communication with professionalism, both in writing and on calls. Are motivated by growth—both personal and company-wide—and excited to help shape a sales strategy that scales.
