BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reliable, honest, and with a genuine hunger for personal growth.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing or customer service role, preferably in outbound sales.
  • Proven ability to conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, email, and social media.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a passion for winning.
  • Tech literate. Able to use programs and problem solve.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
  • Experience using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfortable using Zoom for virtual team meetings with fast, reliable internet.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote-first environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales development software tools.
  • Experience in industries related to healthcare technology, marketing/advertising, and lead generation.
  • High level of comfort with using technology and social media platforms to generate leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Set appointments and demos for the sales team with high-quality prospective customers.
  • Understand prospects’ needs and pain points to align with the company’s solutions.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM record of all interactions, ensuring accurate data and sales pipeline management using HubSpot and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize lead generation results.
  • Reliably execute sales sequences and follow the outreach strategy.
  • Comfortable conversing with high-level healthcare professionals, medical office managers, and key stakeholders.
  • There is the possibility of transitioning to a “closer role” if you are successful.
