Whether it’s your first internship or one of many, you’ll be well supported to succeed. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Intern to join our Marketing team. You will play a critical role in supporting our outbound efforts by researching potential leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with sustainability, facilities, and digital transformation decision-makers across Asia. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads that fit Univers’ ideal customer profile (ICP) Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) Manage and update the CRM (Salesforce) with lead status and outcomes Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies Assist in preparing outreach materials, including one-pagers and case studies Join selected client meetings to observe and learn What You’ll Learn Real-world experience in B2B sales and marketing Lead generation tactics for cleantech and AI solutions How to qualify enterprise-level accounts Usage of tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms Understanding of ESG and energy trends in Southeast Asia Requirements Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn Comfortable with cold outreach and engaging senior stakeholders Interest in technology, energy, and sustainability topics is a plus
