As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next phase of growth. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, adtech, media, or startups. You’ll work closely with our Head of Partnerships to build pipeline opportunities for our partnerships team and learn how high-growth sales works from the ground up. What You’ll Do * Identify and prospect new brand, agency and partnership opportunities for the sales team * Build outbound pipelines through email, phone, LinkedIn outreach and strategic prospecting * Book qualified meetings for the partnerships team * Work closely with the Head of Partnerships to support revenue growth initiatives * Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach and other sales tools to identify decision-makers and create outreach lists * Research prospective clients and personalise outreach messaging * Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track outreach activity * Help test new outbound strategies and contribute ideas to improve prospecting performance WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Someone early in their career who wants to build a career in sales, partnerships, media, or tech * Strong communication skills — both written and verbal * Highly motivated, competitive and proactive mindset * Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Resilient attitude and willingness to learn quickly * Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential WHY THIS ROLE? * Direct mentorship from senior sales leadership * Learn how a high-growth adtech company scales revenue * Access to leading sales tools and tech * Opportunity to build foundational sales skills in a fast-growing company * Pathway into future roles across Partnerships, Growth, or broader commercial teams for high performers * Join a global business operating across Australia, UK & North America COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive base salary up to $75k based on experience. * Performance incentives/bonus structure * ESOP opportunities * Work-from-home flexibility * Home office allowance * Career progression opportunities ABOUT LINKBY Linkby helps brands become famous through performance-based content partnerships with premium publishers.
