SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) – PROPERTY ACQUISITION

Location: London (Hybrid – Office & Remote Outreach)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:00
Compensation: OTE £27,000–£42,000 (uncapped commission)

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a high-activity, target-driven sales role where you’ll generate leads and fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities. Your mission: create meetings and open doors that drive portfolio growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach daily.
  • Pitch Madestays’ premium property management and rent-to-rent services.
  • Book qualified meetings with landlords, agents, and developers in Zone 1.
  • Build and maintain lead lists, logging all outreach in the CRM.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to qualify interest and secure next steps.
  • Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for closing.
