About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing staffing firm connecting top talent with leading organizations. They are expanding their sales team and looking for a driven SDR to help them grow across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect C-level executives (CEOs, HR Directors, etc.) via cold calls (100–150/day), emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Sales Outreach: Launch outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Instantly AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Pipeline Management: Handle the entire sales process—from discovery calls to closing deals.
  • Research & CRM: Identify leads through research and keep records organized in their CRM.
  • Track Performance: Use tools like Time Doctor to monitor productivity and hit KPIs.
  • Collaborate: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (remote preferred).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools like Apollo.io, ChatGPT, and Excel.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of prospecting, outreach, and closing.
  • Communication: Clear and persuasive in writing and speaking.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and thrives independently.
