This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru, Gurugram JobType: full-time As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Southeast Asia market, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales initiatives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with enterprise decision-makers across the SEA region and enabling the sales team with high-quality opportunities. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage prospects across Southeast Asia through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to initiate sales conversations. Lead Qualification: Understand customer pain points, business needs, and buying processes to qualify and convert leads into sales-ready opportunities. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics within the Southeast Asia region. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools such as HubSpot. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handover and improved conversion rates. Pipeline Contribution: Consistently meet or exceed activity and lead generation targets aligned with sales goals. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an SDR in the Southeast Asia market within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing time and priorities independently. Proven experience with outbound prospecting methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and business challenges.
