Sales Development Representative (SDR) Schedule: US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT Salary: $1,400- $1,950 USD - Salary negotiable based on experience Location: Remote LATAM About the Company Our client is a SaaAS (Software-as-a-Service) company that provides a software platform designed to help businesses improve visibility, alignment, and execution. They are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative to support outbound sales efforts by connecting with prospective customers and introducing them to the platform. What We’re Looking For As a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR), you will play a key role in the early stages of the sales process by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. This role is focused on cold outreach and setting up qualified demos for the sales team, helping build a consistent and healthy sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research, identify, and reach out to potential customers through cold email, cold calls, and social platforms such as LinkedIn. Prospect Qualification: Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for the client SaaS solution. Demo Scheduling: Qualify interested prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team. CRM Management: Accurately log outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies. Product Knowledge: Build a solid understanding of the client platform and clearly communicate its value to prospects. Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and thoughtful follow-up with leads to keep them engaged through the sales funnel. Metrics Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly targets related to outreach activity, demo bookings, and qualified leads. Preferred experience: Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools. +2-3 years of SDR, BDR, or similar outbound-focused sales role. Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required. C1-C2 Level Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and early-stage sales conversations. Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with strong time-management skills. Passion for delivering a professional and positive prospect experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
