SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR)

TrouDigital is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to make a tangible impact at a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. We are on track to double in size this year and need your expertise to drive qualified leads and shape our outbound sales strategy.

This is a full-time position based in our Chilworth, Southampton office.

Responsibilities
  • Targeted Prospecting: Research and prospect into high-value accounts and verticals using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage inbound leads and qualify them for the next steps in the sales process.
  • Strategic Outreach: Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Client Relationships: Manage initial sales conversations and foster long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Account Support: Provide ongoing account management for strategic clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Exceed Expectations: Achieve and exceed monthly targets for outbound activity, pipeline generation, and lead conversion.
