JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales who thrives on building client relationships and generating new business opportunities. Experience with SAP products will be an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or B2B lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and related productivity tools.
  • Exposure to SAP products is an asset.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to identify and qualify leads.
  • Research potential clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Keep CRM records up to date with all sales activities and prospect interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.
  • Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
  • Follow up promptly and professionally with leads from multiple sources.
