About the role We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales development representative to join our growing team. Candidates as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), dental office or dental industry will have applicable knowledge for this role. As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling consultations for the regional sales managers. You will also be expected to follow up with potential customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour to start What you'll do Research and identify potential customers using various sources such as LinkedIn, online directories, referrals, etc. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or social media and deliver a compelling value proposition. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process. Schedule consultations for the regional sales managers and update the CRM system with relevant information. Follow up with prospects and nurture them until they are ready to buy. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve the sales process and strategy. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide relevant information to prospects and customers. Answer questions and address concerns about the features, benefits, and pricing of our products. Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the industry. Maintain data integrity and update the CRM as needed CRM Data entry and administrative duties Typical work hours are 9-5, Monday – Friday. There may be an alternating work schedule to accommodate different time zones for customers nationwide and globally. Full time 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Hours of work may vary to accommodate different time zones. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field highly desirable. Experience as an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant), or in a dental office will be beneficial. At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. (PHONE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and customers. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to overcome objections and close deals. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
