QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or lead-gen role (bonus points for SaaS or tech startup experience).
  • Go-getter attitude who doesn’t wait for leads to land in your lap, you create your own luck.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, you and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or hit “send.”
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
  • Experience with CRMs and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Nav, SalesIntel, etc.) is a nice-to-have but not a must-have.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage high-potential prospects by building targeted lead lists and leveraging tools like LinkedIn, SalesIntel, and Introhive to fuel pipeline growth.
  • Execute strategic multi-channel outreach campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a consistent daily outreach rhythm, to drive meaningful conversations and opportunities.
  • Lead thoughtful discovery conversations that uncover business challenges and spark interest in how our solutions can help.
  • Keep CRM data organized and up to date with clear notes, timely follow-ups, and accurate lead progression to support visibility and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to share insights, refine messaging, and continuously improve prospecting strategies.
  • Stay current on our product and industry landscape so you can clearly articulate value and confidently answer the question, “What does your company do?”
