Sales Development Representative | Munich | €50,000 -€60,000

Hiring for an exciting SDR opportunity in Munich with a fast-growing international business operating within the mobility and energy sector!

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious B2B sales professional looking to develop their career within a rapidly expanding market.

The role:

• Build and develop the German sales pipeline
• Research and identify new business opportunities
• Prospect through cold calling, email and LinkedIn
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers
• Qualify opportunities and create a strong pipeline for the wider commercial team
• Manage activity and prospects through CRM
• Work closely with senior commercial colleagues
• Clear progression into broader business development or account management

What we're looking for:

• 0–2 years' B2B sales, SDR or Business Development experience
• Genuine outbound and cold-calling experience
• Confident communicating with decision-makers
• Fluent German and good English
• HubSpot/Salesforce experience advantageous
• Interest in energy, mobility or sustainability is a plus

• €50,000 fixed salary + 20% bonus
