As a Sales Development Representative, you will support our mission to build trust online and play an integral part in the growth engine of Trustpilot within the Swedish markets. You will identify and reach out to new customers to show the value the Trustpilot platform offers and how they can use this to build trust, grow, and improve.
You’ll develop your skills in value-selling, creative outreach methods, and managing the early sales funnel. With the support of your manager, peers, and the Account Executive team around you - many of whom will have walked the shoes of an SDR before - you can hone your skills as a sales professional with a clear development path ahead.

Responsibilities:
- Research prospects and identify key stakeholders to generate interest and develop rapport
- Proactively identifying clients that may benefit from using Trustpilot using a range of outreach methods including cold calling and emailing
- Honing a consultative selling style, built on trust, to pass engaged leads on to the Account Executives
- Building relationships with prospects across multiple sectors and identifying new opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Effectively keep on top of your sales pipeline and update all activity on Salesforce.com
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including leads generated and qualified appointments set
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role with individual targets
