We help public relations firms and in-house communications teams connect with the right journalists and media outlets at the right time.
Our teams across the Asia Pacific region work diligently to ensure our media contacts platform is up- to- date, rich in helpful information and user-friendly.
Also, we facilitate events that forge meaningful connections for clients and the industry. We work with journalists to publish short and long-term content, support calls for help with our media requests, and industry recruitment with our jobs board.
We seek someone to join our growing information and tech company established as a market leader.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our Singapore Sales Team in Singapore.
As part of the Singapore Sales Team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with the existing team and other functions across the group.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Development Representative. You are a passionate and resilient individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively build rapport with potential clients. You are a quick learner with a strong desire to learn about our products/services and the industry. You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve success.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
· Strong phone and email communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
· Some experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related field (preferred, but not required).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1 Lead Generation:

  • Conduct thorough research and identify potential clients within target markets.
  • Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

LEAD QUALIFICATION:

  • Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Gather key information about prospects and their businesses.
