This largely self-directed position requires a thorough understanding of company policy, procedures, and values. It will also require adhering to all safety requirements in all work environments. This position requires significant travel and the ability/willingness to travel via airlines and/or vehicle.

JOB PURPOSE:
The ideal Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a highly competitive, self-motivated individual who understands the inner workings of agriculture and is an avid outdoors person. You will serve as a brand guardian who embodies the values of trust and loyalty by being a passionate subject matter expert trained in Victor’s product lines, ingredient integrity, and breeder/trainer endorsements.
This is a field-based sales professional who reports directly to a Director of Sales. The SDR’s primary responsibility is to develop new business by consistently meeting with potential customers and clients in person. You will work directly with farm/feed/ag retail customers and key distributor personnel, including outside sales, inside sales, logistics, and ownership/management. 90% of your time will be spent in the field Monday - Friday and some weekends and overnight travel may be necessary depending on the potential customer and/or event.
