High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience N/A Experience with SalesForce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred Experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, HRIS sales preferred Experience in consultative selling within technology, professional and financial services preferred Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, including C-level communication A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while handling multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Outstanding phone presence and business acumen Effective verbal skills to gain trust and interest of contacts via the phone Computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably with CRMs Work Environment (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.) Manage a pre-call plan and conduct research on prospects. Develop high level communications and relationships with C-level executives via email and phone. Time and territory management. Qualify marketing opportunities through consultative selling. Manage data in the Salesforce CRM system to audit the prospecting life cycle. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
