We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at BIM Outsourcing in Maidstone. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales journey—from handling inbound and outbound calls, to nurturing leads via LinkedIn and CRM, and closing opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled in CRM and social selling, with a proven track record in sales and business development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong track record of managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM, including workflow setup and automations.
  • Expert with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional social selling.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects, from enquiries to follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication and client engagement.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Pipedrive CRM, setting up automations and keeping data accurate and up to date.
  • Lead LinkedIn outreach efforts, posting content, handling engagement, using Sales Navigator to find new leads, and properly nurturing them into long-term clients.
  • Follow up with leads across multiple channels and nurture them into active opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  • Work towards individual and company sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
