The role: Drive top-of-funnel revenue by calling inbound/outbound leads, qualifying them, and booking for our closer team. You’ll move fast, communicate clearly, and keep the CRM spotless.

Responsibilities
  • Call new leads within 5 minutes (avg ~16–17/day).
  • Book 45 qualified calls/month; partner with closers to hit targets.
  • Nurture prospects via phone, email, and social; deliver clear, relatable messaging.
  • Track activity and pipeline in the CRM; report outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback loop.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections.
