About the Role
Validity is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing EMEA sales team. Sales Development Representatives are the driving force of Validity’s growth. Our SDRs partner closely with our Account Executive team to create high-quality opportunities.

What success looks like:

  • In your first 30 days: Ramp quickly by mastering messaging, meeting daily activity goals, and booking 10+ first meetings.
  • In your first 60 days: Drive pipeline growth by consistently generating SQOs and passing qualified opportunities to the right Account Executive.
  • In your first 90 days: Deliver measurable impact by hitting monthly SQO targets, with 1 to 2 opportunities progressing into late stages.

Career path:
We’re dedicated to your growth. With hands-on enablement, live deal shadowing, and the chance to take on closing opportunities as you ramp, you’ll have a clear path to advance into an Account Executive (AE) or Account Manager (AM) role.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Run multi-touch, multi-channel prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, videos, and in-person events.
  • Personalize outreach using account research and trigger events.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and share field feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Log clean data and next steps in Salesforce; report weekly on activities, meetings, and sales qualified opportunities (SQOs).

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

  • 0-3+ years in B2B sales development or customer-facing roles (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Curiosity and resilience - you enjoy solving problems, excel at written outreach, and you’re not afraid of picking up the phone
  • Comfortable with metrics and coaching; you adapt quickly and take feedback well.
  • Fluency in English is required; bonus points for German and/or French to support DACH and France-Benelux regions
  • Ability to work in the company’s London (Southwark) office 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
