As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for selling products and services to prospects who rely on and benefit from such services. What You’ll Do: Generate Leads & Build Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, and generating leads through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits. Prospecting: Regularly reach out to decision-makers at restaurants, retailers, and SMBs to sell Vivant’s connectivity solutions. Sales Discovery: Run effective discovery meetings with prospects to uncover pain points, present Vivant solutions, and close deals. Quota-Driven Execution: You’ll work towards a monthly sales quota by self-generating business. Hitting your numbers consistently will be your top priority. CRM Management: Accurately record and manage customer data and sales pipeline in our CRM system. Continuous Improvement: Analyze sales activity and refine your process to improve conversion rates. Sales Fundamentals: You have a basic understanding of sales principles such as prospecting, cold calling, and running effective sales meetings. You use the tools and resources at your disposal without making excuses or passing the buck. 2+ years of proven success in sales with a strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition. Proven track record of prospecting and selling Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management.
