QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B lead generation and qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • Expertise executing on leads from a diverse range of campaign strategies, including cold calling, digital media, email, webinars, and content syndication, producing measurable results
  • Advanced experience and aptitude with CRM (e.g. HubSpot) platforms
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point and lead generation software
  • Knowledge of the B2B lead funnel, adept at driving conversions and managing targets from account identification to account executive hand-off

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Volley Automation is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will report to the Head of Business Development and collaborate closely with internal teams, external prospects and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach to new prospects and opportunities for our fully automated parking technology within the commercial real estate industry. You will execute and qualify top of funnel lead generation, calling upon real estate owners, operators, developers, architects, and general contractors interested in purchasing Volley’s multimillion dollar robotic systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Qualify and contact potential customers via provided construction lead databases.
  • Answer inbound leads from company website and referrals
  • Build and maintain customer profiles in CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Update and advance prospect(s) through sales funnel
  • Oversee CRM administration and interface with CRM provider
  • Create reporting dashboards, track, and analyze leads, and enable & support sales to close opportunities faster within CRM platform
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to deliver compelling lead generation initiatives such as outbound email campaigns, using landing pages, and case studies that resonate with our target audience to increase engagement
  • Collect sales demo details and load into company CRM for next steps
  • Achieve/exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets as defined for self and team
