You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people, across Europe and the USA, building a category-leading fintech product and all united by that same mission.

WHAT EXPERIENCE MIGHT YOU HAVE?

  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrates key sales attributes such as resilience and tenacity
  • Proven track record in successful sales, solution selling, or related commercial experience
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders, including C-suite, and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Brings a full customer lifecycle mindset to every interaction
  • Skilled at building valuable business relationships and networks
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to best practice
  • Proactive problem-solver, even when challenges fall outside your immediate remit
    Working Policy: We operate a hybrid policy of 3 days onsite in our London office.
Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an integral part of the sales team it will be your role to source & build relationships with UK enterprise businesses; nurture prospective clients, ensuring that Wagestream is top of the agenda for staff benefits and wellbeing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • New business prospecting and account planning across Strategic and Enterprise clients.
  • Identify, contact and qualify potential customers.
  • Set meetings, supporting Sales Directors with pitching & demonstrating the Wagestream app to prospects.
  • Engaging, building and maintaining key contact and stakeholder relationships with prospective clients.
  • Using data and solution selling expertise as part of the value creation process.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
