OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our growing web agency. This role combines lead outreach, CRM coordination, and sales administration to support our business development efforts and keep the pipeline moving.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years in sales support, admin, or business development (preferably in a digital/tech agency)
  • Some knowledge of website / design related technicalities
  • Some proven track record of sales KPIs
  • Strong verbal and written English / Chinese communication, especially for outreach messaging / calls
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, email automation tools, and Xero or similar invoicing platforms
  • Highly proactive, responsive, and organized
  • Able to work independently

Responsibilities
  • Execute cold call, email, messaging and LinkedIn outreach based on sales strategies
  • Set appointments to conduct sales meetings
  • Maintain CRM data: update pipeline statuses, log client activities, and ensure record accuracy
  • Coordinate follow-ups and send reminders to prospects for renewals or meeting
  • Prepare templated responses, brochures, and proposals as needed
  • Monitor outreach responses and schedule meetings accordingly
  • Provide daily/weekly performance updates
  • Able to do sales closing
