We have grown to be British Columbia’s largest precision sheet metal manufacturer, supplying the Electronics, Printing, Medical Device, Power Switching, and Test/Measurement industries.
We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our continued growth. This role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound outreach, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The successful candidate will work closely with both sales and marketing teams using tools such as Apollo and HubSpot to drive lead engagement and contribute directly to our business development efforts.

  • Tools Proficiency – Hands on experience with HubSpot, Apollo and comfortable with AI driven features (or similar CRM/ automation tools)
  • Effective Communication & Critical thinking - Strong English written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Organization & Goal Orientation – Ability to manage multiple campaigns/ customers, meet targets, and deliver on KPIs
  • Professionalism & Initiative – consistently reliable, collaborative, ethical, demonstrates proactiveness and self-motivation

QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development, lead qualification, or similar business development role
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings and contributing to pipeline growth
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and modern sales enablement tools
  • Experience working with marketing and sales alignment
  • Prior experience in account management or customer success (asset)
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
    Compensation will be based on experience and performance (commission)

Responsibilities
  • Promptly qualify and follow up on marketing-generated inbound leads
  • Proactively engage existing customers to uncover potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to identified prospects using Apollo and other tools
  • Leverage tools and research to personalize messages to improve engagement and meeting conversion rates
  • Book qualified meetings to advance prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate leads and opportunities records within HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead engagement strategies and outreach workflows
