QUALIFICATIONS

  • Available to work in office from our Union Square office 4 days per week.
  • You are an active communicator who collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to consistently improve processes and communication
  • You have experience with Outreach.io or similar sales engagement software
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup and/or in the HR or payments space is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 6+ months of experience in an SDR role
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building and testing new processes
  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • You are extremely organized and a diligent note-taker

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts within all levels of our target customer segments
  • The day-to-day role includes collaboration with Account Executives, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads
  • Drive Wingspan’s outbound prospecting motion, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Eager to advance their career by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day
  • Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, videos, emails and events
  • Generate email sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
